· Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per house hold
· Pet Deposit $300 per house hold

· Breed Restrictions:

o Akita, American Bull Dog, Chow-Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Karelian Bear Dog, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, and any dog along these bloodlines.

· Up to date vaccinations and a photo of the pet is required by Move-In day.

· Weight restriction- ask office for more details

· Maximum of two pets per home
