This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! There are so many great amenities to enjoy, plus a fantastic parking garage and a prime location. But what truly makes this place stand out is the office staff. Selena and Lorena, the bubbly and welcoming leasing agents, made my entire leasing experience a joy. Marina, the property manager, and Melissa, the assistant manager, consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and taken care of. 😁 The maintenance team is equally impressive — I’ve never felt more confident in a maintenance crew! They handle requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. 💪 Living here has been wonderful, and I’m so glad I chose this community! Thank you guys!!! 🙏 😊

SB1K is the place to be on Broadway. Luxury living with top notch amenities. The entire staff and maintenance as well provide you with great communication and you always feel that your overall experience is a top priority. The rooftop views of the mountains, pool area, fitness center and coffee/refreshments stations are exceptional. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would strongly recommend.

From the very beginning of my transition from my old apartment to my new one, Melissa went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and handled everything with such ease and confidence that I truly felt taken care of. The new management team has been nothing but fabulous. My fiance and I have lived here for about 2 years and had a great experience. When something does go wrong, they are always on top of it. Marina is always so helpful and a wonderful person in managment.

All in all its a nice place to live
