APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Denver

Customer Service has become more and more difficult. There are high demands from the employer. Agents are asked to do more and more with less and less; and they have to juggle that with the demands from their own families and lives. I want to commend both Selena and Melissa for STELLAR customer service. From the time I toured a couple of weeks ago to questions I have had and requests I make now 1 week after moving in, they have searched high and low to serve a resident. Melissa dug to find move-in specials for us that weren't heavily promoted, answered our questions and made the office resources available for important personal tasks we had. Selena greets us with a smile and her warm presence no matter how many things she is conquering at the moment. They are both excellent at making you feel like the most important person in the world when you're in their presence. We're so grateful to be new members of this community!

The staff at SB1K is amazing! They are incredibly helpful, attentive, and always there when you need them in a timely manner. The combination of such a great team and an unbeatable location is what makes this building such a wonderful place.

Awesome place to stay!! I mean Awesome and the young lady at the front desk (Selina) was very helpful on the tour around the complex. she’s great!! Love it here!

this place is very unique and so is the team that runs its operations. the maintenance guys are always in good spirits and are very helpful. the leasing team are all amazing and people that are ready to assist. such as (SELINA OCANA). she was patient , joyous, and made sure i was helped And WAS all set with the issue i had. I request SELINA OCANA gets A RAISE AND A PROMOTION BECUASE SHE IS A TEAM LEADER. THANKS AGAIN EVERY ONE STAY AMAZING

The SB1K apartments has been amazing I have no problems! And Melissa has been a huge help and amazing person with helping me through my journey this far! Making my move easy and smooth! Huge shoutout to the whole staff here at Sb1k!

SB1K is such an amazing Apartment Complex! Moving in was such a breeze with the help of Selina and Marina, who were absolutely lovely to work with. So far since moving in I have noticed that they do a lot of resident events (like blueberry pancake day, bagel day, etc.) which makes you feel truly valued as a resident. The trash chutes, parking garage, and elevators make everything so convenient (it especially helped when I moved in). I am truly happy living here and would recommend it to anyone (:

Selina, Lorena, and Melissa are an awesome team! SB1M is an amazing place to live, not only because of the staff, but because of the wonderful environment.

Just wanted to leave a review Lorena Vargas was my tour person she did a great job of explaining the process, the numbers, and the information about the unit. The building is beautiful, clean, and well put together. I definitely see myself moving here with my family. Thank you!

I lived here for about 4 months now and absolutely loving it! Selina the leasing agent has been so helpful, reliable and so freaking sweet! 10/10 would recommend!
