One month free rent

Ended up leasing elsewhere but had a great and honest impression from my tour. Tayz was so helpful at answering questions, helping me get a feel for things, and mentioning important details. Could see myself here in the future.

I just moved in, and I gotta say Kenzie was a joy to work with. I needed a new place quickly, and she made it an easy, enjoyable process at a stressful time for me.

This new management company is really trying their best to make the necessary updates and changes this complex has desperately needed. Recently the garage door was fixed and we have started to have more frequent resident events including breakfasts, workout classes by the pool, and a pool party. Heather and Kenzie worked hard in the sun and heat on the day of the pool party serving up food and drinks. Their positive attitude radiates and you can tell they enjoy their job and working for SB1k. Also, they recently updated the rooftop furniture and it’s the perfect place to relax and get in the amazing Mountain View’s! I’m looking forward to their continued improvements to the community.

Update after almost 2 years of living here: 5 star review still stands!! SB1K might be one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in throughout my past 10 years of renting. My fiancé and I just renewed for a 3rd year! Not only is the property well-kept and in an excellent location, the management team is what makes living here so great. When we first signed here, there was a different management company and overall we had no complaints. However, the new management has truly gone above and beyond for their tenants; they throw, at minimum, one event for the community a month ranging from free breakfast to community events like painting/potting plants to take home. We've had very few instances where we needed maintenance to come fix something, but on the rare occurrence when we needed a new AC filter or light bulb, the maintenance team would resolve our request within 48 hours! The leasing office team is so friendly and I love that they offer private reservations for the community amenities for tenants to use - we even hosted our engagement party on the rooftop last May! In addition to the rooftop, the 4th floor lounge/movie room is perfect for football Sunday's and the fresh market on the first floor is so convenient. The pool and the hot tub are great to have as well. Looking forward to another year at this GEM of a place! My boyfriend and I just toured this apartment complex and absolutely loved everything about it. Our leasing agent Kenzie was the best at showing us the complex as well as letting us come back for a second tour to view the unit we will move in to. We loved Kenzie’s personality and transparency! We toured a handful of other places and she was the only one who we felt was talking to us as individual people and not just another number to fill units. We are so excited to move in to our new home and have Kenzie to thank!!
