5-stars for Kenzie, 4-stars for the building. We ran into a hiccup with our move in and had to quickly change units. Kenzie helped us navigate the process, and once we got into our place were happy with the apartment. We have high ceilings are in a location is awesome. Can't hear anything through the walls thus far. The office team is great, super helpful, and seem genuine in making the place a good spot to live. Maintenance has a bit of work to do, and there are areas of the building that can use some extra TLC. Thanks everyone!

I recently visited SB1K and found it to be a great place to rent. The staff was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

I recently visited and enjoyed the unique atmosphere of SB1K! Most importantly the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The decor is lively and sophisticated. I especially liked the private lounge with it’s French influence.

I had a great experience working with Valerie, from my initial apartment tour to my move in weekend. She was great and showed me multiple apartments and was really helpful in answering all my questions! On my move in day, Valerie was able to pull some strings and get me moved in a day earlier than originally planned. This was extremely helpful, as I had driven from out of state, and really didn’t want to leave my Uhaul, packed with all my stuff, outside overnight. I am excited to live here!

So far my experience here has been great! Kenzie is by far one of the best employees here - she's very helpful and goes the extra mile for myself and every other resident here.

Absolutely love these apartments. Was looking for an affordable place to live. This one really caught my eye. Mackenzie really helped! She was super attentive and helpful. Love the area that it’s in!

Valerie is absolutely incredible! We've lived here almost a year now and Valerie is by far the best at taking care of any need we have and answering any questions we have! Valerie has gone out of her way to make sure we are always taken care of. Thank you...

Working with the leasing agent Kenzie has been a real joy. She's very informed and always available to answer questions. I know she's newer to the office but she's great and I highly recommend working with her if you are interested in the community!
