APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Denver

Ok we signed a lease here about a month and a half ago to hold down an apartment. I’m not gonna lie I started to get skeptical due to all the reviews from previous tenants and before the new management. I looked at different apartments in the area and I still loved the one we chose. After moving in this week, this place exceeded our expectations. Our apartment is awesome and we absolutely love the location. Management was amazing since we had some issue with our furniture movers they made sure we could get into our place early after frantically showing up to the leasing office before they were even open. We are super excited about our new home and happy we chose SB1k!

Some things to expect if you live here: The good - Cool location (South Broadway, Wash Park, Pearl Street), pet friendly, cool people, convenience to highway, great views, secure package room. The bad - Not so cool people (bad pet owners who don't clean up, that guy upstairs), proximity to busy streets (highway noise), secure package room (afterhours deliveries from Amazon will either end up somewhere random on the property or get sent back until the next day). That being said -- Since the new management took over at SB1K Apartments in Denver, the improvements have been remarkable. Melissa, in particular, has been instrumental in addressing several long-standing issues. Under her guidance, the broken garage doors have been repaired, the pool heater and hot tub are now fully operational, and the overall maintenance of the property has significantly improved. Moreover, the new management team regularly organizes events for residents, fostering a strong sense of community and making SB1K Apartments a more enjoyable place to live. Melissa and the team's dedication and proactive approach have truly transformed the living experience here.

I have lived at SB1K for a year now and it started off a bit rocky due to the management change that happened when I moved in. The new management team that took over in April, AMC, has been adding/changing things for the better since they have been here and I can already tell that the current problems are being taken care of instead of swept under the rug like I've seen in my time here. I'm so thankful for Marina, Melissa, Alexis, Patrick, Marquinn and Armando because the pool had been closed since April 2023 and they opened it by July and threw the coolest parties! The team has fixed all of the pending issues and they are killing it, and I can't wait to see what else is in store for us!

The leasing agents have been extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. These are some gorgeous, well maintained homes in a quiet area, and I'm genuinely so grateful for the top tier hospitality we've received thus far

We love SB1K! Big thanks to Melissa and Marina in the office! You ladies rock! In addition to sorting out all the problems they inherited from the previous management, they are also improving all the things we already enjoy about apartment living! We see you, and appreciate what you and the maintenance team are doing! Somebody should give them a raise :)

This is an amazing apartment to be at. The community is great. The company is amazing and it is a beautiful place. Very welcoming. And I would be so proud to call it home if I could.

We stopped by while out shopping on Friday and was greeting by a charming leasing agent Alexis, she explained a pool party was going on and we was invited to stay and she stopped and haves us all the information of the property and the amenities was amazing with off street parking garage with cameras, the pool and gym as well. My son and his roommates are moving back from college and I know this is prefect for them close to downtown Denver and close to the highways for the mountains. Thank you Alexis for all the info about the apartment and finding a home for my son, and the party was amazing and so talking with residents! Thanks again Alexis! Sincerely Frankie Lee

Ever since Missy and her team took over this past spring, my opinion on this building has completely changed. I went from being constantly frustrated with the lack of effort from the last management company to completely happy to be here. The new staff is really friendly and super attentive. I now plan on staying and would definitely recommend it to new tenants.
