I worked in Lone Tree and went out in Denver--this place was the perfect middle ground, and at a very competitive price. The hot tub was fantastic, the third floor has super high ceilings, and the gym isn't half bad for an apartment complex.

July is the hottest month of the year. My air conditioner went out. Daniel , in maintenance, went above & beyond to find a way to keep our apartment cool until the part comes in to fix our air conditioner. We appreciate everything he did to assist us in trying to make our apartment comfortable. SB1K has an amazing team. From the manager/ the assistant manager, the leasing agent & the maintenance . All wonderful people. ❤️

I came to tour the property and immediately felt selinas warm & inviting presence. She is so sweet & bubbly. Her smile makes you feel very comfortable. She is well spoken and polite. When it comes to answering questions about the property, she doesn't leave anything out. Good job SB1K !!

I moved here because of Selina! She is the sweetest leasing agent. Her tour was so detailed, and it was the first tour I came to where I got a huge smile and information like no other. You could tell she loves these apartments and since moving here, I do too! She always greets me with smile, and has never made me feel like a burden like some places have.
